QUESTION
After a test is assigned to a class, how can I move it back into the design area to edit it again?
ANSWER
When you assign your own designed test to a class, a copy is made. The original test can still be edited in the design area.
However, if you import a test designed by another teacher directly to your own class, you don't have a copy of that test in your design area. If you want to edit the test questions yourself that test needs to be copied into your design area. Here's how:
1. Check a single test of type "Multiple choice", "Short answer", "Matching" or "Slides".
2. Click the "Share" button.
3. Choose "*Design" as the target for sharing in the "--Make copy for--" drop down box.
4. Presto! The test is copied into your design area where you can edit it more easily.

Can I randomize only certain questions in a test? For example the first slide may contain information and/or examples for ALL students to view at the beginning of the test. Or at the beginning of a certain section.
How can I make sure these slides remain in their position - but the other questions are randomized?
Either all questions in the test appear in a random order, or none of them do.
It isn't possible to have the order of some questions appear randomly while other questions are always in the same place.
